Cerebras
Building the world’s fastest AI
Cerebras builds AI infrastructure designed to make training and inference dramatically faster. Its purpose built hardware and cloud platform give developers and enterprises access to high performance AI compute without the complexity of managing traditional GPU infrastructure.
As the company prepared for IPO, Cerebras was evolving from an engineering led product into a more mature developer platform and brand. The opportunity was to make that technical advantage tangible through a clearer cloud experience, stronger product storytelling, and a design system that could scale with the company.
At the heart of the identity is a modular layout system inspired by Cerebras’ wafer scale chip. Chamfered tiles can be stacked and stretched across surfaces to create a distinctive visual language. Refined typography, color, illustration, and data visualization complete a cohesive design system to help teams move faster.

Built to be AI ready, the design system became the foundation for product development, giving the teams reusable components, patterns, and guidance to turn new ideas into shipped products faster.
The underlying design system powers experiences including the Cerebras Developer Console, which simplifies complex inference workflows across onboarding, observability, and infrastructure configuration, as well as Cerebras Knowledge, an AI-native internal knowledge platform that connects information across Slack, documentation, code, incidents, and internal systems. Built for humans and agents alike, Cerebras Knowledge grew to more than 15,000 questions a day within 3 months.

Debuted at Cerebras flagship event Supernova, the evolved brand and products positioning the company beyond raw speed as the platform for millions of developers and leading AI companies, powering next-generation AI applications from real-time voice systems to advanced genomics research, with partnerships and customers including OpenAI, Figma, Lovable, Amazon, AMD, Cognition, GSK, Block, and Perplexity.
Cerebras soared 89% as one of the biggest IPO in artificial intelligence and has been a primary driver of the overall stock market’s performance in 2026.
